Finishing up the 7 day cleanse today and I wanted to say “thank you” for this wonderful experience. I have considered doing a cleanse before, but was afraid I would be miserable and lack the energy to get through the day. That was absolutely not the case with this program! I feel lighter (5 lbs officially), filled with calm energy, and motivated to keep up the healthy eating program.
